Afroditi has 20 years of experience within the customer service and hospitality sectors and was the general manager for a team of over 200 team members. Emma Pfingsten is the Creative Director for the Dean Aguilar Group. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design. Emma has previously provided her Graphic Design and Marketing Expertise for the IT industry and smaller businesses. In 2017 she set off on a new journey to pursue her dream to move to California. So far her favorite part of living in San Diego is of course the constant warm weather, beautiful views and how friendly people are. Emma is excited to utilize her passion of creativity and strategic marketing in the Real Estate industry to help grow the company.

Susie is a licensed Realtor®, longtime resident of San Diego, and the proud military spouse of a U.S. Navy veteran. Susie joined this industry based on her own experiences as a first-time real estate buyer and seller, which left her wanting more. She sometimes felt as if her agent and lender just wanted to close the deal as quickly as possible, and that nobody was looking out for her family’s best interest.
